International Order Acceptance
Policy: International Shipments August 2007
All shipments made to locations outside of the United States will be required to ship freight collect (Incoterms Ex-Works). Customers are to specify the carrier and supply a collect account number for all shipments. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and will be shipped as such. Test Equipment and More LLC will add a minimum of $20 handling charge per order for international customer shipments. This handling charge is necessary due to bank fees that are imposed by each of the banks involved in the wire transfer process. All international customers are to pay in advance of shipping. Payment for all international shipments is by bank wire transfer only (TT). Test Equipment and More LLC will not accept payment in the form of checks drawn on foreign banks. All international shipments will require a minimum billing of $ 250.00 USD per shipment. This minimum billing is not combinable through the use of multiple purchase orders. Each shipment may only be of one purchase order meeting the $ 250.00 USD billing minimum. All orders that are not paid in full including handling fees, within 30 days of the date the order is placed will be cancelled.
