Description: The 4013B 12 MHz DDS Sweep Function Generator is a versatile DDS (direct digital synthesis) sweep function generator with high signal precision and stability. This instrument generates sine and square waveforms up to 7 MHz, including triangle/ramp waveforms up to 1 MHz. The BK Precision 4013B provides variable output voltages from 0 to 10 Vpp into 50 ohms or up to 20 Vpp into open circuit. A continuously variable DC offset allows the output to be injected directly into circuits at the correct bias level.
